RETURN AND EXCHANGE

 

 Returns

We have a 3 day return policy, which means after receiving your product you have 3 days to request a return. A coupon code equivalent to the returned product value will be shared for your future purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sljewelsinfo@gmail.com  If your return is accepted, please ship the product back to us within 3 days the cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. 

We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped. Product(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation Of Your Order

Every order is generally fulfilled within 24 hours of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customers choice of receiving a refund-coupon-code or refund in your original payment mode.

Damages And Issues

We are not liable for damages in transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, you could ship the product back to us (at your own cost).

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining coupon Code only, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Non Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for sale items or items purchased using a credit note, gift coupon or offer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
